It's official! Tyson is 16, has his learners permit (for driving) and is already thinking of who he wants to date!
It doesn't make me sad that my kids are growing up...in fact I get SO excited thinking of the new experiences and opportunities that will come their way!
Tyson's birthday was spent a little differently than usual.
He went to school...came home with his friend Spencer and played X-BOX 360 for 2 hours...went to the driving range from 5-7pm and then went to see the movie, IRON MAN 2 with Jake and Spencer. They didnt get back from the movie until about 10:30pm!!
Tyson came home and opened his presents with US (mom and dad) because everyone else was asleep and Ty didn't want to wait until morning =)
We gave him an X-BOX 360 game Dirt 2...3 American Eagle shirts and some cologne from Aeropostale.
He said that this was the best birthday ever =) Those words always warm my heart <3
We love Tyson! He is a good, honest kid. He chooses good friends (whew!) and does his best to help those who need it. He forgives, is protective (esp of me), and loves to motorbike, 4-wheel and snowmobile.
We are so glad to have Ty in our family! We love you Tyson! Happy 16th Birthday!

Happy 16th birthday Tyson! And mom, he is getting OLD, but you aren't! How fun that you enjoy your kids growing up on you. And it beats the alternative, fighting would be a waste of precious time.
