Porter has just LOVED pre-school with Miss Heidi Walker this year! Every time he arrives at pre-school he is greeted with a BIG smile and a cheerful greeting from Miss Heidi :)
Porter *LOVES* his pre-school friends....it has been really fun this year to watch Porter develop into such a social butterfly! Some of his favorite friends are....Jaeden, Nathaniel, and Faye (we say she is Porter's first girlfriend)
Porter and his best buddy at Pre-School....Jaeden! They were excited to learn that they are actually cousins! Porter's Great Grandmother Mary...and Jaedens Great Grandfather Kenny are brother and sister! Small World! They have had many fun play dates after pre-school and are loyal friends who stand up for each other when the need arises....no matter HOW OLD the bully is!
Porter wasnt quite sure what to think of Mom's and Dad's invading his pre-school time...even though I tried to prepare him that today at school would be a little different :) Porter decided part way through the year that he was big enough to kiss me in the car and walk to the pre-school door all by himself! He loves to ride his bike to school....and invite friends to play :)
Porter is using his diploma for a telescope....thanks to Miss Heidi telling him that diplomas were very good for that! lol...A few favorite things that Porter has said this year......
#1 (as told to Mom) "Miss Heidi doesnt have a school.....its just her house....she just pretends its a school"
#2 If I was the President.....I would ride on a motorbike
#3 I am Thankful for mac and cheese (i thought for SURE he would say chocolate milk)
#4 I Love my Mom cuz she lets me watch movies on her laptop
Thankyou Miss Heidi for everything you have done for Porter and all the pre-school kids! We are so excited for summer....but look forward to those precious 4 hours a week in the FALL!
